Overview of Services

MamaPapa is a platform that helps parents find kid-friendly events using an AI SMS assistant named Gracie. Users interact primarily through text messages and can manage their family profile through a web-based interface.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Our Services are not intended for use by children under 13.

AI and Personalization

You understand and agree that your interactions with Gracie, including preferences, feedback, and location (via ZIP code), are used to personalize suggestions for your family. This information is used internally and is not shared with third-party AI systems. We do not use your data to train generalized AI models.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages (TCPA Compliance)

By signing up and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from MamaPapa and Gracie. These may include event suggestions and service-related messages. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect the following personal information: name, phone number, and ZIP code. This information is used to provide personalized event recommendations. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)
